• Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the immediate nature of digital content delivery and the professional time dedicated to the academic evaluation of portfolios, all transactions (including the £25 artist submission fee and reader subscriptions) are strictly non-refundable, except where required by UK Consumer Rights statutory protections.
