ARTZOGRA invites independent, emerging, and new contemporary artists from around the world to submit their portfolios for editorial evaluation and feature consideration in our international review.
Our mission is to discover and elevate the next generation of contemporary creators. We hold a Continuous Open Call for Portfolios, keeping our doors permanently open to artists working across all visual disciplines—including painting, photography, sculpture, printmaking, and digital media. We welcome portfolios from living creators who are looking for professional, academic validation to propel their artistic careers.
The Review Process & Submission Fee
To maintain a completely independent, expert-curated, and ad-free publication, ARTZOGRA operates via a transparent, flat-rate artist-supported model. We believe in providing an accessible yet highly prestigious platform for the global contemporary art community.
Flat-Rate Submission Review — £25 (Per Artist)
Comprehensive Curation: Full aesthetic and technical evaluation of up to 3 contemporary artworks from your portfolio by our curators.
Curated Editorial Feature: Selected artists will receive a prominent multi-page feature spread within an upcoming issue of ARTZOGRA, including your biography, artist statement, and high-resolution imagery framed under a professional curatorial narrative.
Collector & Institutional Connectivity: Featured layouts include interactive hyperlinks leading international readers, curators, and art collectors directly back to your professional network or website.
Artist Reward: All selected creators will receive a complimentary 1-year digital subscription to the review.
Please note: The submission fee covers the professional time dedicated to the academic and curatorial evaluation of your portfolio. Payment ensures a formal review but does not guarantee mandatory publication, preserving the high editorial prestige and selective nature of ARTZOGRA. Submission fees are strictly non-refundable.
How to Apply
To submit your portfolio for our upcoming volumes, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Submit Your Payment
Click the secure button below to pay the standard review fee (£25.00) via our secure processor, Stripe.
Step 2: Complete Your Application (Automatic Redirection)
Once your payment is successfully processed, Stripe will automatically redirect you to our official submission form to finalize your application.
In this form, you will be required to provide:
Artist Biography & Statement: A concise summary of your artistic trajectory and practice (Maximum 300 words, written in English).
Professional Links: Your professional Instagram handle, personal portfolio website, or linktree.
Artwork Files: Up to 3 high-resolution images (JPEG or PNG format) representing your contemporary artworks.
For Video Art, Performance, Sound Art, or Interactive Digital Media: You may upload high-quality video stills or key documentation images, alongside direct links to the full projects (Vimeo, YouTube, or web links) within the form.
File Labeling: Each uploaded image file must be strictly labeled using the following format to ensure correct curatorial cataloging: Title_Year_Medium_Dimensions(cm). For digital-only works, use "Digital" for dimensions.
